Terms and Conditions for Reggae on the Lake Raffle

1. Eligibility
1.1 Participants must be 18 years or older to purchase raffle tickets and be eligible to travel outside of the US.  
1.2 Participants must adhere to all travel regulations, including possessing valid travel documents.  
1.3 The raffle is open to all individuals; however, airfare will only be booked from a DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) regional airport.  

2. Raffle Ticket Sales
2.1 Raffle tickets are priced at $50 each.  
2.2 Tickets can be purchased online at https://reggaeonthelake.com/raffle-1 or in person at the Reggae on the Lake event.  
2.3 Ticket sales commence immediately and conclude at 11:59 PM on September 8, 2024.  

3. Winner Selection and Notification
3.1 The raffle drawing will take place on September 14, 2024, in Fairfax County, VA.  
3.2 The winner will be randomly selected and notified via email within 24 hours of the drawing.  
3.3 The winner must claim their prize by 11:59 PM on September 30, 2024. Failure to claim the prize within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize.  
3.4 If the initial prize is not claimed, ticket sales will resume on October 1, 2024, and conclude at 11:59 PM on October 13, 2024, for a second chance drawing on October 14, 2024.  
3.5 The second chance drawing winner, if applicable, will be notified via email within 24 hours and must claim their prize by 11:59 PM on October 31, 2024.  
3.6 Failure to claim the prize within the allotted time will result in forfeiture of the prize.  

4. Prize Details
4.1 The prize includes two round-trip airfare tickets from a DMV regional airport to Montego Bay, Jamaica. Transportation from Sangster International Airport Montego Bay to and from the resort located in Negril, Jamaica and a two-night stay at Azul Beach Resort for two adults. The resort is all-inclusive which cover all meals, drinks & alcohol.
4.2 The trip will take place in May 2025, with specific dates subject to availability and resort scheduling.  
4.3 Guests are required to attend a sales presentation at the resort.  
4.4 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other value.  
4.5 Any additional expenses, including but not limited to meals (off site of the resort), excursions, spa services, travel insurance, personal expenses & transportation to and from the airport in the U.S. are the responsibility of the winner.  

5. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
5.1 By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to hold harmless Reggae on the Lake, TERRA Gives Back, TERRA Properties, Cornerstones, and any affiliates against any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance of the prize.  
5.2 This raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  

6. Miscellaneous
6.1 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.  
6.2 Any changes to the raffle will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the promoter.  
6.3 The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the raffle will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
